Leasing Consultant
Ideal for someone looking to start or build a career in real estate. If you enjoy working with people and being out on the road showing properties, this role provides strong foundations and hands-on training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Process tenancy applications
- Assist property managers with portfolio support
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
- Coordinate leasing administration and follow-up
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and organised
- NSW Certificate of Registration (required)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Leasing or property experience preferred but not essential
