I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the great effort you have put in this matter.
The issue has became a bit complicated when the air-conditioner went broken and the first repair was failed. Thanks for organising the second quote and helped a hips to collect information to apply for the warranty from the manufacturer. When unfortunately we just passed the warranty expiry date, you've helped to find another solution to get the air-conditioner eventually fixed, at a very reasonable price-------right before the new tenant moved in!
Property management can be a much bigger job than people realise. I'm very pleased with the professional attitude and energetic behaviour that Tom has demonstrated. The communicate is clear and responsive, the result is practically the best and cost-effective for a owner.
The property has been managed by Tom's team since the first day we bought it back in 2012. We have been always satisfied with the professional services your team has provided. I would with no hesitate recommend anyone looking for a property manager in this area.
