We are the owners of 26/209 Harris St Pyrmont, a property which Kho & Lee has managed for us since circa 2014/2015.
I would like to take this opportunity to provide some feedback on Chong who has been managing our property.
We have investment properties in South Australia and have worked with a number of property managers.
Chong is by far the best property manager we have had to date.
He is proactive, organised and responsive.
Our tenant recently vacated the property and he was able to organise tradies in and get the renovations done very quickly and was prompt to do an open inspection asap to secure a tenant for us.
He understands the landlord's position of wanting to secure a tenant asap and worked hard to achieve this result.
We are thrilled with his work and want to take this opportunity to thank him for his hard work and efforts.

Patricia and Fiona of Kho & Lee did a fantastic job in selling our one-bedroom apartment. Communication throughout the campaign was first rate with regular updates on buyer feedback and we ended up achieving an excellent result at auction. We highly recommended their services.
