Chong has become my real estate agent when the owner of the apartment changed agency.
He introduced himself via email and followed it with an introductory phone call. I was provided with all the necessary information, phone numbers etc Plain, simple and efficient.
Life was easy until the bathroom ceiling started to leak. I informed Chong about it and in a few hours he undertook steps to rectify the issue. That small event turned into epic proportions saga and endless correspondence with strata management. Throughout the entire ordeal Chong was in my corner relentlessly fighting for me with incompetent strata. He was following every email, every phone call until the problem was solved. I could not thank him enough.
Then the pandemic struck an my financial situation deteriorated. And again Chong helped me out by negotiating with the owner more favourable rent. He went bating for me and got a great result. That helped me immensely.
I have nothing but praises for Chong. True professional, most reliable and dependable agent I have dealt with so far. And on the top of that; really nice guy and a decant human being.
